SwiftUI.art License Agreement

SwiftUI.art grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the SwiftUI.art design components.
Personal License
The Personal License grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the SwiftUI.art design components.
- Usage: You can use the SwiftUI.art design components to create unlimited End Products.
- Modifications: You can modify the SwiftUI.art design components to create derivative components. Those components are subject to this license.
- Client Work: You can create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Commercial Use: You can create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Open Source: You can create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
Team License
The Team License grants permission to up to 10 individuals (the Licensees) to access and use the SwiftUI.art design components.
- Usage: You can use the SwiftUI.art design components to create unlimited End Products.
- Modifications: You can modify the SwiftUI.art design components to create derivative components. Those components are subject to this license.
- Client Work: You can create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Commercial Use: You can create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Open Source: You can create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You Cannot:
- Use the SwiftUI.art design components to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the SwiftUI.art design components or derivatives of the SwiftUI.art design components.
- Redistribute the SwiftUI.art design components or derivatives of the SwiftUI.art design components separately from an End Product, neither in code nor as design assets.
- Share your access to the SwiftUI.art design components with any other individuals.
- Use the SwiftUI.art design components to produce anything that may be deemed by SwiftUI.art, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of SwiftUI.art.
Example Usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:
- Creating a mobile app for personal use.
- Creating a mobile app for a client that will be owned by that client.
- Creating a commercial mobile app (e.g., a fitness tracking app) where end users have to pay a fee to use the application.
- Creating a commercial mobile app that is sold to end users for a one-time fee.
- Creating a mobile app where the primary purpose is clearly not to simply redistribute the components (e.g., a weather app that uses the components for its UI) that is free and open source, where the source code is publicly available.
Examples of usage not allowed by the license:
- Creating a repository of your favorite SwiftUI.art UI components or derivatives based on SwiftUI.art UI components and publishing it publicly.
- Creating a version of SwiftUI.art UI for another framework (e.g., React or Angular) and making it available either for sale or for free.
- Creating a design kit based on the SwiftUI.art UI component designs for Figma or Sketch and distributing it.
- Creating an app builder platform where end users can build their own mobile apps using components or derivatives of the SwiftUI.art UI components.
- Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using the SwiftUI.art UI components and making it available either for sale or for free.
- Creating an admin panel tool that is made available either for sale or for free.
Enforcement
SwiftUI.art reserves the right to enforce this license and take appropriate legal action against any individuals or entities found to be in violation of the terms and conditions stated herein. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to, termination of access to SwiftUI.art components, cancellation of licenses, and pursuit of legal remedies. In cases of blatant and malicious violation, such as intentional redistribution of SwiftUI.art components through unauthorized channels, no refunds will be issued.
Liability
SwiftUI.art’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof, including third-party claims against you, is limited to a refund of your license fee. SwiftUI.art shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, indirect damages, or lost profits related to your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof. By using SwiftUI.art components, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Israel. Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Israel. You agree to accept service of process at the email address associated with your original order.
